Sponsor/Mentoring program:Within 30 days we encourage students to have an industry sponsor to help guide and assist them through their educational experience. The sponsor can be either a hairstylist, salon/spa owner, esthetician or educator. They will not only act as an educational tutor, but also as a mentor guiding them through the dynamic process of becoming a spa or salon professional.
