Primary
Objective
As
part of the schools staff, you are responsible for overseeing daily activity
and ensuring that clients and potential students experience a warm and
welcoming environment.
Daily
Activity
-
Answer phones and maintain a daily log
- Coordinate
and schedule clinic appointments
- Balance
cash drawers daily
- Greet
and check in clients
- Check
out clients by confirming service, up-selling and receiving payments
- Maintain
product display and conducting weekly inventory
- Maintain,
order and stock treatment rooms and clinic floor
Customer
service
- Build
strong relationships with each client and potential student
- Assist
Admission Recruiter by offering school tours to potential students.
- Participate
in recruitment campaigns and marketing projects.
- Assist
Admissions Recruiter with creating and sustaining student council and
other student programs
Requirements
- Passion
for the spa and salon industry
- High
School graduate with some college recommended, but not required
- At
least 2 years experience in the spa or salon industry with comprehensive
knowledge of hair and skin care services.
- Excellent
skills are required in the areas below.
- Communication
(written and verbal), sales, people management, customer service
and conflict resolution
- Organization
and time management (filing systems, new process implementation,
multitasking)
- Computers
and typing (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn
new programs ·
- Friendly,
energetic and positive, upbeat personality required
$7-$10
an hour (depending on experience) plus bonus
